Workout is a tool to help you keep track of the weight and rep
values for your workouts.Workout does not have an endless list
of pre-defined exercises you've never heard of or seen, in fact you
enter your own exercise names, and create your own routines just
the way you want them.

Group your exercises together in routines. For example a routine named
'Monday-Chest/Biceps' might contain the exercises 'Flat dumbell flyes',
'Incline dumbell flyes','Curls' and 'Hammers'. To workout using these
exercises simply choose the routine and the exercises are displayed in
the order you put them in the routine. Weight and rep values for each
exercise are stored and automaticaly displayed when used, reducing
data entry and showing you your goals for your workout. Exercises can have up to 4 sets each.

Large buttons and button placement allow for a stylus free workout.
Workouts are stored using the routine name and date of workout.
Making it easy for you to review your workouts. View your progress for an exercise using a built in display that shows the weight and rep values for the exercise in a graphical format right on your palm device!
